Where do I find my software licence key?
YYou will get an automatic email containing license info and instructions for how to complete the registration process after you have completed the payment.
Can i install the software on more than 2 machines?
Regular license allows you to use same license key to activate simphy on any of your two devices (windows, mac or linux). If you want to use on more than 2 devices either you have to purchase another regular license or you will have to opt enterprise edition by contacting us.
How do I reinstall or move my license to another computer?
You have to mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for re activation of your licence key. We will send a new licence key for your new system and abort the previous one.
I purchased a license, will it stop working after one year?
No, not at all ! you will have to renew your license (with nominal fee) only if you want updates which will be released after one year. Your app will still be working as it is after one year, even if you do not renew it.
How do I unlock my software?
DDownload the free version of simphy, install and run it. Open main menu>>help>>register and enter your license key to perform one time activation.You can also watch “Getting started” video to learn how to do it.
I am facing some issues, what to do?
Member only forum is best way to get your issue resolved. Register yourself at forum and feel free to ask your queries or share your suggestions. We will try our best to respond within 24 hours.
Are there additional costs?
There isn’t any extra cost (price is inclusive of all taxes). You may have to pay for some specific features or for on demand simulations. Otherwise it is just one time price.
Support of one year is included with the purchase, to extend it you will have to renew license.
I want this feature, what should I do?
Before submitting feature request make sure it is’t already there in our future road-map plan. If the feature is specific to your needs, contact us for quotation and ETA.
What about Refunds?
You will get your refund (minus transaction fee or taxes) if you are not satisfied with it, within 30 days after purchase. Before asking refund please give us opportunity to resolve your issues.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
Yes you can, but it is not an automatic process, you will have contact our support team for assistance.
Simulations run slow on my device, what should I do?
For simulations to run smoothly (especially those involving graphics) hardware acceleration is needed. Please make sure you have working graphics card on your device.
Right now only International English is supported, But we are trying our best to support other languages as well. We will be glad to know if you are willing to support us in translation in your language.
